Auditions for "Shrek"

Audiitons for the Fall Production of "Shrek: The Musical" will take place before school ends this year.

Rehearsals will begin the week before school starts. We encourage all incoming freshmen who are interested in theatre to audition as well!

Students must be able to attend both of the auditions on the 28th and 29th of May. Incoming freshmen may arrive no later than 4:30pm.

When: 
Monday - May 20th, 6:30-7:00 pm - Incoming Freshmen, parent information meeting
Tuesday - May 28th from 3pm - 6:30pm - Vocals/Monologue
Wednesday - May 29th from 3pm - 5:00pm - Dance
Tuesday - June 4th from 4pm - 7pm - Callbacks (instrumental music students are excused until 5pm)

What: Please prepare 16 bars of music and have either a Kareokee track or the sheet music. Students may not sing acapella. Please also prepare 30 seconds of a comedic monologue.

Bring: Movement clothes, tennis shoes, a signed audition packet, a good attitude.

YOUNG FIONA AND YOUNG SHREK -

Young Fiona will be needed for the 28th and 29th beginning at 4:30pm. Please prepare the song "I Know it's Today" the Young Fiona part.

Young Shrek will be needed to audition on the 29th only. Please prepare a 30 second monologue.
